4Decent sounding speakes (as long as you have a sub)
By Chuck Portal
I bought these to replace the crappy built-in speakers of my otherwise excellent Vizio tv. They are good quality but the 'woofer' is 2.5" and they are sealed so there is no port to emphasize any lower frequencies. I have them hooked up to an old t-amp ($20) and altec gaming subwoofer that I got on clearance ($25) and they sound decently good together. I haven't measured but I would guess that there is a definite lack of mid bass due to the subs 120hz crossover and the lower frequency limit on such a small speaker.

So, these are well made, look nice, and are decently priced as long as you know what you are getting into with the lack of any bass.

5Big sound from a little package, perfect rear surrounds
By J. M. Howard
I bought these when I re-did my home 7.1 theater system. I have a pair of these, 2 pair of the larger RM8 for front and side, and the center channel. I like the sub/sat types of systems as I don't loose any floor space using towers. As long as you get a stellar sub, these work amazingly well. The dispersion is fantastic, completely fills our large living room with sound. Whether it's a Blu-Ray movie or a satellite radio channel, it all sounds amazing.

4Nice sound for their size
By Paul Doman
I bought the 5.1 set of these 3 years ago, and used a set of larger infinity's to complete the 7.1 that I needed. I'm glad I could still get these. They have good sound for the size, reasonably priced, don't stand out visually as much, and now all my speakers are "voice" matching. Don't expect much from these if you aren't using a good powered sub-woofer.
